Refund & Returns Policy

All our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged
The wrong item is sent
There is a clear manufacturing defect

To request a refund or replacement, email us at info@vogueadorn.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size selection, so please refer to the sizing guide before ordering.

Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled by our trusted production partners and are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: 5–12 business days after fulfillment
International: Currently not available on this website. Please visit our Etsy store for international shipping options.

Shipping Method
We offer flat rate depending on cart value. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Vogue Adorn is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.
