At Vogue Adorn, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

2. Made-to-Order Products

As our products are made to order:

  • Returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing are generally not accepted

  • Please refer to the size guide before purchasing

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We offer a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is sent

  • There is a manufacturing defect

4. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at info@vogueadorn.com.au

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review your request within 1–2 business days

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items → We cover return/replacement costs

  • For approved general returns → Customer may be responsible for return shipping


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Incorrect size selections (unless defective)

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase

  • Cancellation requests made after 4 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed
