• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will be processed the next business day

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within Australia only

• International shipping is not available at this time

3. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and dispatched:

• Australia: 5–12 business days

4. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

• Australia: Estimated 7–17 business days

5. Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping of AU$9.99, calculated at checkout.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

• Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch
